ALERT!  ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: 

In Summary-NO coach, parent, player or spectator will be allowed to exhibit any type of hostile behavior towards any other party will visiting any parks held in trust by Griffin Soccer Club or while traveling as a member of Griffin Youth Soccer to any other field locations or associations affiliated with Georgia Soccer.  A MINIMUM MANDATORY one game suspension or more will be enforced. The act of combative or threatening physical conduct will require a 1-year expulsion from Griffin Soccer membership and fields. A Disciplinary & Protest hearing will be called prior to returning to the parks to determine whether additional sanctions are necessary.

 

Griffin Youth Soccer reserves the right to Not register a player for any of the above mentioned reasons. - GYSA BOARD

 

1.      Season begins March 1st for all age groups.  Practices will begin in mid February.

 

2.       All fall teams were re-rostered.

 

1.      All players will be contacted about their team and schedule of practices and games by February 25th.

 

2.      All uniforms will be passed out by the coaches at their team meeting; these uniforms are owned by the players and will be used for multiple seasons. Replacement items will be available for separate purchase if needed.

 

3.      Teams will be furnished vest or shirts for alternate color.

 

4.      All players must play in their true age group, no player can play in a younger age group, you can play up an age group upon request and space availability only.

 

5.       All players are assigned to teams to try and keep teams and player counts even and fair . NO Moving from team to team will be allowed. Limited Special Request will be allowed !

 

6.      Club and team sponsorships are available, contact GYSA for information

 

7.      We encourage all to participate in our fund raising projects to help defray cost and improve our equipment and programs.
