Walk Up Registration @ Rhodes Jordan Park

LYA Black Knights football program is schedule to hold our 4th and FINAL Walk Up registration of the 2017 season on Saturday June17th at Rhodes Jordan Football Field! Registration is from 10-2pm. We encourage you bring your child's birth certificate, completed GFL physical form and child's football equipment for uniform sizing. We will also have someone doing sports physicals onsite.

This is also a great opportunity for you to drop off any overdue forms and/or payments. If you have registered online than please bring your son so he can get sized for his uniform.
